Refund policy

REFUND POLICY FOR PRINTFUL & PRINTIFY POD PRODUCTS:
(Includes: Stickers, Wrapping Paper & Group Coloring Posters)

We have a 14-day returnless refund policy for stickers, wrapping paper and group coloring posters, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund or reprint. If your refund/reprint request is accepted the items do not need to be returned for refund or reprint to be granted.

Since our print-on-demand products are unique and produced especially for you once ordered, returns and exchanges are not supported if you order the wrong size, color, or simply change your mind. So, we ask that you please read all product descriptions and view all images, sizes and variants very carefully before making your purchase.

In case of a damaged or defective product or a manufacturing error (like a misprint), we offer a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 14 days of product delivery. Please submit your refund/reprint request to us at hiho@lizzydoodlepublishing.com with clear, detailed photos of the damage or manufacturing error so we can start the refund/reprint process for you.

DAMAGES/MANUFACTURING ERRORS
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your refund/reprint request, and let you know if the refund/reprint was approved or not. If approved, you’ll either receive a newly printed product at no cost to you or you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days (depending on your request details). Please remember it can take some time (in addition to our 10 business day period) for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at hiho@lizzydoodlepublishing.com.

EXCHANGES
We are not able to do exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Items sent back without first submitting a return request to us via email at hiho@lizzydoodlepublishing.com will not be accepted. 

Of course we want you to be happy with your purchase and we will always do what we can to make things right.

 

REFUND POLICY FOR COLORING BOOKS:
(Fulfilled by Amazon)

Coloring books can be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery as long as they are in original or unused condition. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with original tagging/labels and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

DAMAGES/MANUFACTURING ERRORS
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We use Amazon's The UPS Store Dropoff process for coloring book returns. It's FREE! Just send us your "return request email" with the information listed below and we will email you a QR code to ship your return at The UPS Store location you provide to us.

To start a coloring book return, email us at hiho@lizzydoodlepublishing.com with the following information:  
1. Your reason for the return
2. Your proof of purchase 
3. Your order number 
4. Your preferred The UPS Store location (we must have this to place the return request)
5. Attach any applicable photos of damage or manufacturing error

The UPS Store will pack, label, and ship your return for free. Just bring the item(s) in its original manufacturer’s packaging, give your item(s) to the store attendant, show them the QR code we sent you (on your phone or print out) and they will do the rest.

REFUNDS

Although we cannot give returns, refunds or exchanges for digital products, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have any problems with your download or file just shoot us an email at hiho@lizzydoodlepublishing.com and we will send you a working file.

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
Certain types of items cannot be returned or refunded, like digital products and customized or personalized products. Please get in touch at hiho@lizzydoodlepublishing.com if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
